The whole day, built to work offline first
The rep begins the day with GPS attendance and a beat plan they can reorder, then runs a guided Active Visit with voice-to-text notes in English or Hindi, photos and an order that applies promotions on the device. Payment, feedback and complaints are all captured in the same visit rather than in separate apps.

Engineered for no signal
The app is a PWA backed by a service worker and IndexedDB, with the offline payload encrypted and a remote wipe available if a device is lost. Work done in a dead zone is held on the phone and synced when signal returns, so coverage never depends on the network.
