Privacy policy

This policy explains how Invasystems handles personal data collected through the FieldDNA website. It does not cover data processed inside a customer FieldDNA tenant, which is governed by the agreement with that customer.

Who we are

FieldDNA is a product of Invasystems, the data fiduciary and controller for this website.

What we collect

  • Details you submit through our forms: name, work email, company, role, phone and your message.

  • Minimal, cookieless analytics that does not identify you.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

Who we share it with

We use Cloudflare to host the site, process form submissions, and provide cookieless web analytics, and Microsoft 365 to deliver email. See our sub-processors list.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to follow up, and then delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you. Contact hello@fielddna.com.

Security

We use encryption in transit and limit access to enquiry data.
